Apple TV+ is sharing the schedule for baseball games (MLB) that will air on its platform throughout July. And good news for spectators: it will always be free.
Apple TV+ offers Friday Night Baseball, which is two baseball games every Friday. It is broadcast live, a first for the streaming service which previously only offered films, series and documentaries. This sport may well not be the only one since rumors indicate that Apple is negotiating for basketball (NBA) and American football (NFL).
The advantage is that watching baseball games every Friday is free. Indeed, it is not necessary to have the subscription at €4.99/month. Simply having an Internet connection is enough. This will change in the future, Apple already indicates that a subscription will become mandatory to follow the meetings. But there is no information on the price or the date of implementation.
Unfortunately, access to baseball games remains a reality for the moment in a few countries. Access is available in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. Apple still does not give an availability date in France and other regions.
