François Hollande married to Julie Gayet: Thomas Hollande, absent, comes out of silence

If his father married Julie Gayet, on June 4, Thomas Hollande was not present at the ceremony. He thus breaks the silence in the columns of Paris Match.

On June 4, François Hollande and Julie Gayet said “yes” to life. An intimate ceremony organized in Tulles, as indicated by the mayor of the town : “Celebrating a wedding is always a unique moment for me. I like to unite those who love each other. On Saturday June 4, François and Julie were married in Tulle, in their city of hearts. It is with infinite happiness and emotion that I proceeded to their union”, he wrote on Instagram. If a few images have been published in the press, what about the family of the former President of the Republic?

The son of François Hollande, Thomas, has decided to confide on this subject to our colleagues from Paris Match : “I was not present, neither my wife nor any of my brothers and sisters. The ceremony was held in a very small committee”, he explains. Our colleagues also reveal that Julie Gayet’s children were not present. Pretty amazing information. But the two lovebirds were happy to finally be able to pass the ring on their finger. As for those present, Julie Gayet was accompanied by one of her best friends, Benjamin Biolay who was her witness, just like another actress named Catherine.

The inhabitants of Tulle surprised by this marriage

The former President of the Republic had invited Jean-Pierre Jouyet, former Secretary General of the Elysée, but also Jean-Louis Audren, who is “a friend from high school”. So few people were present, the inhabitants of Tulle were also not aware that François Hollande was getting married : “It was when I saw the photo that I knew […] Julie Gayet often comes to the store. She is very nice. She had come the Saturday before telling me that she needed flowers to decorate her table for her birthday.” explained a florist to our colleagues from World.
