Italian origins are not enough to make a good pizza maker. To finally do the job he had dreamed of for a long time, David Allain therefore left to train in Italy and Marseille. He who owns, with his wife Nathalie, the bar-tabac Le Concorde, has therefore embarked on a new adventure by creating his pizzeria. The project is original since Pizza Deluda is in fact a converted shipping container. David Allain has installed a gas oven, water and even toilets (for staff). He presented his project to the mayor, who validated it. “Thanks to him, I have a very nice location! “, he acknowledges. This container is located on the shopping esplanade of Kercado, with plenty of parking spaces and shops nearby.

The other specificity of Pizza Deluda is the pizza recipe. Because David Allain managed to recover the recipe from Jean-François Arnaud, who was present in a truck in the port of Vannes for 30 years. “I wanted this recipe! We were a dozen to covet it, ”he specifies. A heritage of which he seems proud. The dough is homemade, but also the tasty tomato sauce.
Assisted by Jordan Lejeune, also a pizza maker, the manager offers traditional and special pizzas, in two sizes. A few desserts are also on the menu, including a homemade mini choco-banana or pineapple. A loyalty system allows you to have a pizza offered for nine purchased.
