Pizza Salvatoré and Mr. Puffs arrive in Sorel-Tracy
By: Katy Desrosiers
In the fall, Pizza Salvatoré and Mr. Puffs will set up shop in Sorel-Tracy in the former location of the Mikes restaurant on Fiset Boulevard. Work to adapt the building has already begun.
The family business Pizza Salvatoré, headed by five brothers and sisters, bought the building in recent weeks. Renovation work has already begun and the opening is scheduled for mid-September.
The owner of Mr. Puffs, Tom Bountis, is also pleased to announce his arrival in Sorel-Tracy. The entrepreneur planned to set up shop last year, but the pandemic slowed plans. He believes that his dessert restaurant concept makes a good synergy with Pizza Salvatoré. Mr. Puffs is scheduled to open in November.
