The recipe for pizza-style sandwich bread
For 4 people
- 4 slices of bread
- Tomato concentrate
- pineapple (optional)
Spread the slices with tomato puree.
Add toppings and mozzarella.
Sprinkle the spice mix on top.
Put in the oven at 200-220°C (thermostat 6-7), at the top of the oven with the grill option, for a few minutes and check the cooking.
Take out of the oven when everything is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Cut the slices into 4 and prick them with a toothpick for service.
